    Sally Brockett
    Auditory Therapist

    Sally holds a master's degree in Preschool Special
    Education, a Special Education Certification, and a
    bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. She
    received additional education through Eden Institute
    in Princeton, New Jersey, the Center for Outreach
    Services for the Autistic Community (COSAC),
    Project TEACCH at the University of North Carolina,
    and Pyramid Educational Consultants in the Picture
    Exchange Communication System. Sally is the Director of the IDEA Training and
    Consultation Center in North Haven, CT.

    Twelve years of direct teaching experience with all categories of disabilities,
    and ten years of private practice consultation provides her with an excellent
    foundation as a Special Education consultant and Auditory Integration Training
    practitioner. Sally is a founding member of the Society for Auditory Inter-
    vention techniques and has served on the Board of Directors since its
    beginning. She is the President of the Autism Society of Connecticut South
    Central Chapter, and Vice-President of the Autism Society of Connecticut.
    Sally has an extensive background in assisting parents and agencies with the
    behavioral and educational concerns of special-needs children.
